Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.
Prepare the Package
Place the items in their original eco-friendly packaging and include the printed return authorization slip inside the box.
Ship the Items
Affix the prepaid shipping label provided in your portal to the outside of the package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse team inspects the returned garments, we will process your refund or exchange within 5 to 7 business days.
